Advertising With The PRIA

ComputerLast month the PRIA web site attracted 215,906 public page views*. The traffic to our site includes Institute Members, non-member public relations practitioners, clients and potential clients looking for information on the industry. Now you can reach this tightly defined market dramatically and cost effectively.
 
The Institute is accepting selective advertising on this site from companies and organisations relevant to the public relations field and related communication disciplines.  This includes public affairs, publicity, event management, employee communication and community relations organisations.

You can choose from the following range of advertisements:
 

Home Page Banner ad

 
Book an advertisement for at least one month at the low cost of AUD$1,500 a month for non member and $1,000 per month for members. Specifications for the Banner are 461 x 92 pixels provided in an animated GIF.
 

Section Banner ads

A banner ad can be booked to appear on every page within this site. The cost of each section is $250 a month and pages must be booked for a minimum period of three months. Subject to availability.

In-page ads in Commercial Services & PR shop

In addition, small in-page ads are available in the Commercial Services section. These ads may include logos, email addresses and links to your web site. A similar opportunity exists in the PR Shop.

Each ad in one of these sections costs only $150 a month for a minimum booking of three months.

Job advertisements

Of the hits to our website, the career section received 18,560 in July*.

Advertising fees for this section of our website are $150 per month for members and $200 per month for non-members.

How do I place an advertisement?

The procedure to have your advertisement registered online is to send an email with the following details:

  1. A description of the advertisement (title)
  2. Copy text (Content of the advertisement)
  3. Company Logo for attachment to the Advertisement (96 dpi JPEG no smaller than 400 pixels)
  4. A contact name
  5. Hyperlink to where on the web more information can be found (optional)
  6. Any documents which you would like to attach (job description, terms etc)
  7. How long you would like it to be online (if less than a month)
  8. A billing address and fax number

Please send your advertisements to information@pria.com.au and fax the completed booking form to 02 9331 3346.

Seeking Employment Listings

Our "Seeking Employment" section is open to anyone who is looking for work in the industry and it is a great way of getting your message out to a high level tailored market of professional communication executives. Our Job Seekers section of the website is available for members free of charge and to non members for $150 per month. To use the listing service please send us the following details:

  1. A description of the advertisement (title)
  2. Copy text (Content of the advertisement)
  3. A contact name
  4. Hyperlink to where on the web more information can be found (optional)
  5. A sample of your work or CV (optional)
  6. A billing address and Fax number to send the account (if you are not a member)

Listings are automatically removed after one month.

Free Listing

In recognition of their services to the PRIA, certain companies will be offered free listings and recognition in various sections of the PRIA site. Companies eligible for these listings include sponsors of PRIA events and activities.

These include such events as State Excellence Awards and Golden Target awards. These listings will include a logo and the words "Sponsored by". Ring the PRIA National office on (02) 9331 3346 for further details.

Registered PR Consultancies

This section is free to all PRIA Registered Consultancies (RCG) and is included in the cost of RCG membership. Listings include full details, including email addresses and links to their Web sites.  The RCG search page received 12,703 hits in July*.  The search engine allows prospective clients seeking the skills of a consultancy to drill down into the speciality and industry.  You can find out more about joining the Regitered Consultancy Group by following this link.

Educational Institutions

Our educational resources receive 30,842* hits in July.  Various universities, training colleges, research institutions and other companies or organisations may be listed from time to time at the discretion of the PRIA National Office.

Direct Mail

The PRIA has a number of physical and electronic newletters sent to Members. For details about advertising contact the State or Territory you are interested in reaching. Contact details are available here
