Senator Joe Ludwig released a discussion paper to invite feedback

Consistent with the Federal Government's commitment to keep the Lobbying Code of Conduct (the Code) and the Register of Lobbyists (Register) under review, the Cabinet Secretary, Senator the Hon Joe Ludwig, has released a discussion paper to invite feedback on possible reforms.
"PRIA has been participating in the reviews of federal and the various state lobbyist legislation and codes of conduct for some time and PRIA welcomes the opportunity to respond to the discussion paper," said PRIA Chief Executive Officer, Jon Bisset.
PRIA draws upon the intellectual capital of the membership of PRIA when drafting policy statements and developing submissions and as such we call on any member with an interest in lobbying and government relations to let us know their views. Feedback can be emailed to info@pria.com.au.
