While we endeavour to meet the needs of all participants, public workshops mean there may be limited opportunities to focus on and provide specific examples relevant to each person's industry sector.

As a participant, we highly recommend that you come ready to listen to and draw information from other peoples' experiences in other sectors and then take the initiative to consider and apply those learnings to your own situation. This interactive environment often provides excellent food for thought and leads to new ideas.

Please note that it may be necessary to cancel a workshop if we do not receive sufficient registrations to make the event viable. The decision to cancel a workshop will be made two weeks prior to the published date. All registered participants will be contacted and offered either a transfer to a later date or a full refund.
