We are currently seeking expressions of interest from communication professionals who would like to be involved in the PRIA Professional Mentor Program.
This program aims to provide mid-level public relations professionals (5-9 years experience) with a senior and experienced public relations mentor that can provide advice on performance and operational matters.
Whether you decide to be a mentor or mentee, this complimentary program available to PRIA Victoria members is a great development opportunity.
Mentoring helps to balance professionalism, curiosity, insight and decision making to improve personal and corporate performance. It can be a great way to expand your perspective when navigating your communications career, or a way to give back to your industry by helping develop the careers of aspiring practitioners.
Becoming a Professional Public Relations Mentor - Mentors must have from 10 years + PR experience.

Currently, we only have a limited number of opportunities for mentorship. However, we intend expanding the program once more mentors are recruited.
We'll also try to match people as best as possible, although it will be the responsibility of the mentor and mentee to define the duration of their relationship.
