The following terms and conditions apply to PRIA members:
All members are bound by PRIA's Constitution, code of ethics and by all laws, notices and directives of PRIA.
All members are required to indicate they accept all terms and conditions of membership. New applications and renewals will not be processed until confirmation is received.
PRIA membership fees are due annually on the 1st July. If a member does not pay their membership fees, their membership will lapse and they will not have access to PRIA membership benefits. If an individual's membership does lapse or is resigned, that individual must not use any PRIA post nominal or claim to be a PRIA member.
PRIA memberships are individual and are non-transferable.
If PRIA incurs any unexpected costs in processing membership fees, those costs will be charged back to that member. Costs may include but are not limited to bounced cheque fees and related bank charges.
As a PRIA member, you can access the members only sections of PRIA's website. You can also access your personal information and update your details. PRIA advises all members to keep their username and password information confidential.

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review this policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time and to notify you of any amendments by posting an updated version on our website www.pria.com.au.
