About Registered Consultancies
The Registered Consultancies Scheme established by PRIA, sets quality standards for the operation of public relations and communication consultancies. The scheme establishes professional standards on ethics and operations. These can be used as a guide to consultancy principals as well as an assurance to agency clients.
As a PRIA RCG you can provide your clients with confidence that your consultancy has:
- reasonable service levels
- appropriate dispute resolution systems
- a quality public relations program
- ethical practices
The Registered Consultancies Group (RCG) is a Special Interest Group of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and comprises of consultancy principals from registered PR and Communication Consultancies. The RCG undertakes activities that serve the interest of RCG's, benefit consultancies and enhance the understanding of their professionalism among target audiences.
