In a world in which attention spans are ever-decreasing and competition for readers' attention is continually growing, organisations simply can't afford to be complacent or dull in the way they engage their people. There's more – much more – to the process than simply sending out messages with little forethought.
Successful communications that genuinely engage employees and other stakeholders require careful planning and execution and constant follow-up and assessment. Want to ensure your audiences keep reading and heed all your key messages?
This course will show you how to:
• Think strategically about how and what you communicate internally
• Communicate corporate strategy in a way that ensures employees will understand how it relates to them
• Create communications materials that are not only informative but also fun and engaging
• Source story ideas that link to business goals
• Create and produce an internal marketing campaign
• Use clever design to help reinforce and give impact to what you are communicating.
