Save Our Sons, a small charity for Duchenne muscular dystrophy raised $1.75 million towards funding crucial clinical trials. It needed government support to provide the remaining funds. The Most Powerful Arm Ever Invented was created, the world’s first petition signing robot that would sign for those that can’t.
The Red Agency’s PR activity for the sole driver for the campaign and resulted in more than 193 media articles, over 60,000 page views, 32,000 signatures, 557 social media posts, government action and secured the support of a multi-national pharmaceutical company to commence clinical trials.
James will reveal what goes into creating a highly creative campaign that motivates community action.

Claire was judge of the 2014 Cannes PR Lions Awards, assessing more than 360 entries from the around the world. While global standards are high, Claire will share her insights into what makes an internationally successful campaign and what are rules for future PR success.
With many of the PR Lions Awards combining earned and paid media, Claire will talk about the future of PR campaigns and how PR agencies tackle the marriage of owned, earned and paid media.

With more than 15 years of experience in judging the Golden Target Awards, Allison will discuss what the judges are looking for and how to craft a winning Golden Target Award entry.
According to Allison, its heartbreaking for judges when they see a great campaign let down by an incomplete entry. She’ll discuss categories, criteria and compilation.
