Payments

Payment of registration fees MUST be made to PRIA prior to any event, course or workshop. Attendance at the event, course or workshop may be denied if the registration fee has not been received.

While most registration fee payments are now paid as part of the online booking process PRIA also provides tax invoices to enable payments to be made later by another method.

The payment condition above applies particularly to timely payment of tax invoices.

Cancellations and Refunds

PRIA Events

Full refund of the event registration fee will be made when PRIA receives written notification at least ten (10) days prior to the event. 

No refunds will be made for any cancellation made less than ten (10) days before the event, or for non-attendance at the event.

Substitutions can be made at any time. The person who has registered to attend the event (or a senior officer of the organisation) must advise PRIA the name of the substitute attendee in writing prior to the event.

PRIA Professional Development Program (Training Courses)

Payments for courses or workshops are refundable (less a $50 administration charge) provided PRIA receives written notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the course or workshop. 

No refunds will be made for any cancellation made less than fourteen (14) days before the course or workshop, or for non-attendance at the course or workshop.

Substitutions can be made at any time. The person who has registered to attend the course or workshop (or a senior officer of their organisation) must advise PRIA the name of the substitute attendee in writing prior to the course or workshop.
