Social Media Management for PR Practice - a practical workshop

In this practical hands-on workshop, we will address the specific role and nuances social media plays in public relations campaigns. We will guide you through the development of a platform ecosystem, content strategy, paid media management, measurement and evaluation tools. In short, you'll learn how to win at social!

Key takeouts from this session include practical tools and templates to ensure your social ecosystem is set up for success. We will cover:

  • How to design your own digital strategy (process and tips)
  • Critical questions to address when developing content strategy
  • Procedures and processes to manage content creation and flow
  • Building successful amplification strategies to ensure spend works harder
  • Best practice evaluation tools to demonstrate impact

The session concludes with a hands-on practical activity to develop a content strategy for your brand, organisation, campaign or cause.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage all attendees to do some pre-session research to get the very most out of this experience. Please come armed with the below information:

  • Identify your social media objective/s - be clear about the role social plays in your marketing mix
  • Locate your audience online - what platforms are they using, which sites are they visiting, and why
  • Know the competitive landscape - what are your competitors' doing in the social space, what's working best for them

media and digital. After launching a creative studio back in Paris working with brands like L'Oréal, Danone and EMI, Amaury is now focusing his efforts in creating and implementing digital strategies for clients such as Netflix, Roadshow Films, Jaguar, Sony, Nivea, Electrolux, P&G, Specsavers...
