Warren Buffet once said: “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.” In the past 12 months, Australia has seen the speed, and magnitude, of the negative impact from a crisis reach new heights. Crisis and issues preparedness has moved up the agenda of most Australian boards. And we, as communications professionals, are at the centre of the response when things go wrong. Are you ready?

Our speakers, the founders of SCOUT, will talk about best practice readiness and what a complete end-to-end communications and digital approach to crisis and issues management could look like for your organisation.
